December 09 (San Diego, CA) – MDS Foundation – Satellite Symposium

The MDS Foundation is hosting a Satellite Symposium at the San Diego Convention Center from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The symposium will discuss next generation approaches for the evaluation and treatment of MDS. The symposium precedes the 53th meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH).

July 9 (Seattle, WA) – MDS Foundation Patient-Caregiver Forum

This Patient-Caregiver Forum will be held by the MDS foundation at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the afternoon session, Dr. Joachim Deeg from the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center will discuss and answer questions regarding new therapies and patient treatment options.  This free event includes complimentary breakfast and lunch.  Registration is required.  To register, call 1-800-MDS-0839 or email Deborah Murray at dmurray@mds-foundation.org

This Patient-Caregiver Forum will be held by the MDS foundation at the Omni San Antonio at the Colonnade from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the afternoon session, Dr. Roger Lyons from the Cancer Care Centers of South Texas will discuss and answer questions regarding new therapies and patient treatment options.

May 26 (Baltimore, MD) – MDS Foundation Patient-Caregiver Forum

This Patient-Caregiver Forum will be held by the MDS foundation at the Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor at Camden Yards from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the afternoon session, Dr. Steven Gore from Johns Hopkins University will discuss and answer questions regarding new therapies and patient treatment options.

March 28 (Jacksonville, FL) – MDS Foundation Patient-Caregiver Forum

This Patient-Caregiver Forum will be held by the MDS foundation at the Jacksonfille Marriott from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the afternoon session, Dr. Alvaro Moreno-Aspitia from the Mayo Clinic will discuss and answer questions regarding new therapies and patient treatment options.
